These sites deal mainly with maps and map reading.
National Geographic Maps
The premier map site. This site includes the usual national and international maps, but also trail maps and topographical maps. You can access Map Machine from this front page.
This site offers geographic maps of the 50 states including relief, county, black and white, and satellite.
MapQuest is a site which provides maps, driving directions, live traffic reports, and yellow pages. Student can find maps of the streets in their town or neighborhood. Fairly easy to use for students and adults.
